Vidalia Onion & Vegetable Pinwheels

Ingredients:
16oz cream cheese, softened
1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix
1/2c coarsley chopped vidalia onion
1/4c coarsley chopped green pepper
1/4c coarsley chopped red pepper
4, 12" tortillas, any flavor

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except tortillas in a large bowl, and spread evenly on tortillas. Roll up to evclose filling, wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, cut off ends. Cut rolls into 1" clices. *You can substitute meat for vegetablesor slpit half meat and half vegetables. ■
