You will feel 20-32% better about your own life after reading this book.”
Amy's Neighbor

Marietta native Amy Lyles’ humorous memoir, “The Amy Binegar-Kimmes-Lyle Book of Failures,” tackles a variety of subjects from divorce to losing your job, to being a step-mom. Her “Tina Fey” humorous style keeps you laughing throughout the entire book.

Amy takes a collection of life experiences from over 40 years and portrays them in a style that is more real and believable than what you see on Facebook.

People’s lives are never really all that perfect, something is usually going berserk, especially if you have a big or blended family!

There were several chapters in the book I could personally relate to, but the one part that really hit close to home was the chapter on Atlanta Lawn and Tennis (ALTA). I personally think I have witnessed this happening at one of my tennis matches years ago. That was when I stopped playing tennis.

You will definitely appreciate your own family dysfunction as you read through all of Amy’s “Book of Failures,” her first book. Can’t wait to see more from her. ■
