Northside Woman celebrates the Drake Closet’s grand opening

Northside Woman readers flocked to the grand opening of the Drake Closet resale boutique in Roswell, Ga., on Dec. 8. The charming boutique located at 825 Mimosa Blvd. was decked out in holiday finery and packed with savvy bargain hunters. Shoppers enjoyed live music, wine and appetizers as they perused racks of stylish clothing, shoes and accessories. Store manager Kimberly Jackson was thrilled with the large turnout for the event which raised almost $2,000. All proceeds from Drake Closet sales go directly to support the Drake House in Roswell which offers short-term crisis housing and support to homeless mothers and their children in the North Fulton area.
